We currently offer shipping via DPD and the postal service.
Through MeinEinkauf.ch, individual customers and businesses with a residence or business address in Switzerland (or Liechtenstein) can purchase goods from online retailers in Germany and Austria and have them shipped to their address in Switzerland.
As a customer of MeinEinkauf.ch, you will receive a free email address for this purpose. If you use this email address when placing an order at a German or Austrian onlineShop and purchase and pay for goods on account of MeinEinkauf GmbH (Germany), your purchase will be cleared through customs and taxed, and then shipped directly to you in Switzerland.
Return shipping is free. A return label is included in the package.
Returned items must be unwashed, unworn (except for trying them on), and in perfect condition. All labels that were attached at the time of delivery must still be in the same place and undamaged when the item is returned.
